Shipping & Returns
etikoppakatoys.com offers free nationwide shipping on all orders of ₹1000 and above. A minimal shipping charge of ₹40 is applicable only on orders below ₹1000. (Subject to change from time to time). There is no convenience charge for Pre-paid orders.
Majority of our orders are dispatched - within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order and delivered within 1 to 7 working days after being dispatched. Our shipping is done through leading courier services in the country and your order can be tracked online once it is shipped. We will make best efforts to ensure accurate delivery of your products in good condition.

We currently deliver to locations covered under 8000 Pin codes across India.
Our shipping and delivery times vary by destination location, and the typical lead times are as shown below:
South Zone – 1 to 4 Working Days
Metros – 2 to 4 Working Days
Rest of India – 2 to 7 Working Days
Special Destinations –5 to 10 Working Days
It is to be noted that the above mentioned number of days are only tentative timelines and we shall not be obliged to deliver the products within the timelines mentioned above. However, we shall make our best efforts to deliver your orders within the above mentioned timelines.
In the rare event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we will contact you and obtain your instruction as to whether you would want the unshipped part of the order to be cancelled or not. In the event you are desirous of waiting for the shipment of your complete order until the time period intimated by us to you, we will ensure that we make our best efforts to ship the same within the specified period of shipment intimated to you. In the event you are desirous of cancelling the remaining unshipped part of the order, we shall cancel the same, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded.
We ship on all working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters or causes beyond our control. . In cases such as these, you may either call us or directly contact the courier for the status of your consignment.
The shipping status of your order can be tracked online. We will email/message you the tracking number after dispatch.
Damage of External Packaging
On receipt, if it is noticed that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, customers are requested to verify the quality/quantity of the products against the order, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy is noticed in the packet, customer can either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. In such cases, the customer is requested to either call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org intimating us on the issue. Photographs of the delivered product may also be sent to us. We shall handle such issues directly with the respective courier company.
In case you have refused to accept delivery of the consignment, kindly intimate us with the details of your order. Once the package is received in our warehouse, we will cancel the order and we will refund the money in your banking account.
Free shipping shall be provided on all prepaid orders of value of ₹1000 and above.
Note (Applicable for National Shipping in India):
1. Service tax is included in Shipping charge and there shall be no additional cost charged.
2. These shipping charges also include all Octroi charges, Local Body taxes etc. and customer is not required to pay any amount exceeding the invoice value.
3. For deliveries across the country, the maximum shipping charge per order shall be limited to Rs. 40/- .
For International Orders (Other than India), flat rate shipping will be charged as mentioned below and is subject to change from time to time.

Being craft lover, it is understood that slight non-uniformity and hand errors are most common in genuine hand-crafted products and they in fact add beauty to the product.
We’re not happy, if you’re not happy. ‘Etikoppaka Toys’ is committed to provide utmost satisfaction to all the customers with authentic products, exemplary shopping experience and support.
Despite all our efforts, if you are unsatisfied with the product you received, we welcome you to return the product by writing email to us at email@example.com. Our team will revert to you at the earliest.
You can return products only if it meets the following criteria
The product(s) should be purchased only from and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
Return request should be raised within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Product(s) should be unused.
There should be no stains/ marks in the product(s), caused by the consumer.
All tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items / freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send a wrong product, we will accept your return.
We do not accept return of any product(s) which is not purchased from www.etikoppakatoys.in. We will not take responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.
Return of Damaged/Defective Product:
Please contact our customer support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of damaged/defective product. We will revert with a solution.
Once confirmed from our end, the product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box.
The product needs to be booked for reverse pickup through customer support and the preferred logistic partner appointed by ‘Etikoppaka Toys’ will pick it up for return. In certain cases, we request you to return through Self-Shipment through any nearby available logistics. Please note that, in all cases, shipping charges will not be refunded.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.
Once we receive the returned goods, our team will examine the returned products for all defects/variations, based on your claim after which refund will be initiated. We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse.
